Hello,

Could someone please suggest where I can obtain a list of hg19 microsatellite instability regions that are important in different tumor types.

Thank you.

One of the most successful oncology projects to date has been the TCGA.

One study that looked at MicroSatellite Instability (MSI) across all TCGA tumour types was this: A molecular portrait of microsatellite instability across multiple cancers.

They appeared to take a primary focus on COAD (colorectal), STAD (stomach), and UCEC (endometrial). Supplementary Data 13 and 14 contain the top 1000 MSI regions in these tumour types. Supplementary Data 15, then, contains MSI predictions for what appears to be all TCGA exome samples.
