Hi, is anybody having idea how to calculate whole genome doubling from exome data using Absolute algorithm (https://software.broadinstitute.org/software/cprg/?q=node/27)? I got the result of absolute but the WGD column is showing zero values for all the samples.

I'm not sure what you mean with whole genome doubling. A whole genome duplication of all chromosomes?

I got the result of absolute

If 'absolute' is a tool then you should provide a link. WE don't want to waste time by googling.

Also, you should use appropriate tags for your question, as such experts can easily find your question and provide help. In this case 'exome sequencing', 'absolute' and 'whole genome doubling' would probably make more sense than "next-gen".
