Any one know how to obtain multiple sequence alignment and secondary structure details of a Protein sequence?
Performing multiple sequence alignments is an extremely common and simple task. 5 minutes on google should get you started (as a hint: go look for CLUSTAL Omega, and get all your sequences as a multi-fasta file).
Adding secondary structure details to an alignment isn't quite as trivial, though there are tools like ESPript which can render such things.
An all-in-one solution is probably something like Jalview. Get started with those, then come back to us with any specific queries you have.

Hi kgma225,
please reformat your question. There are multiple typos and a lack of details and content, as Ram already mentioned. Both might make you look lazy, demotivating people to help you. Putting some effort into your question will notably increase your chance of an elaborate answer.
