Hello everyone,

I am trying to download the mRNA sequences from the following link:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/81581

However, I tried to search information about how to do it but it was useless. Could somebody give my some information about how do this?

Thank you to everyone.

JC

You can use NCBI UNIX utils to download data in the fasta format.

esearch -db bioproject -query 81581 |elink -target nuccore|efetch -format fasta

Under "Projet Data", in the table click on 1 on the line "SRA Experiments".

On the next page in the table "Runs" click on SRR400672.

In this new page, you can have a look at all your reads, in the Reads tab

Instructions to download your reads are under the Download tab
