Closed:Combine many RSEM TPM outputs to single matrix

I have nearly 300 RSEM outputs (specifically the TPM values) that I need to combine in a single matrix. I know that RSEM has a "rsem-generate-data-matrix" function to combine RSEM outputs, but I think this only combines expected counts. Further, I would like to maintain the identity of the original sample file name in the matrix if possible so that I know which column belongs to a given sample. Does anyone have any advice?
