To utilize advanced imaging technology, clinical phenotyping and whole exome sequencing in a high through-put manner to perform genome-phenome correlations, disease risk prediction and correlation to outcomes.


•To correlate cardiac imaging endophenotypes to genomic correlates from whole exome sequencing data.

•Present disease focus on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and familial hypercholesterolemia.


•Work in a team comprised of clinicians, imaging and genomics researchers

•Multisite image acquisition.

•Over 100,000 whole exome sequences and growing.

•Over 15 years of clinical follow up in EMR.


PhD preferred with a background in Bioinformatics, biological sciences, genomics OR

MD, with an interest in genomics or cardiovascular imaging
