Im evaluating a RNAseq DEG dataset -GSE111085-in IGV. Basically, need to map to genomic positions. went to https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GPL11154 but did not see it. Thanks.

Im evaluating a RNAseq DEG dataset -GSE111085-in IGV.

It is unclear which data you currently have. Please be more specific.

Basically, need to map to genomic positions.

You probably have to download fastq files and perform the alignment yourself.
