Question: (Closed) Why R does not recognise my R packages?

Hi,

Yesterday, graphical card of my mac failed so I connected MacintoshHD to a monitor by cable; Now, I can see I have limma and many other packages in /MacintoshHD/Library.Frameworks/ R.framework/Versions/3.5/Resources/Library address

But,

Error in library(igraph) : there is no package called ‘igraph’

> library(limma)
Error in library(limma) : there is no package called ‘limma’
