Hello all,

I am looking at the information of codon mutation from dbSNP. I download the dataset, ASN.1 flatfile, it only include the information about allele, readingFrame (The position in codons [1,2,3]) and residue. How can I know the whole codons, not only the mutation site?

For example,

[allele=C, readingFrame=3, residue=S, fxn_class=reference]

[allele=U, readingFrame=3, residue=S, fxn_class=Synonymous]

How can I know the mutate codon is from UCC to UCU or from AGC to AGU ?

Thanks for your help!

Wendy
