how to construct a gene expression network using PCIT package?

Hello guys,

I want to build a gene co-expression network using PCIT algorithm, but i don't know how this package work?

Could anyone tell me how can i construct my network by using this algorithm plz??

I appreciate any help!

Did you try to follow the PCIT Quick Start Guide?

Hi, @h.mon Thanks a lot for the recommended file. I try to follow the steps mentioned in the file but something is going wrong like this error: demo(PCIT) Error in demo(PCIT): No demo found for topic ‘PCIT’

and this error too

data(PCIT)
Warning message: In data(PCIT): dataset ‘PCIT’ not found

Can you plz help with this issue ??

Note that i have R x64 3.4.3
