Off topic:Difference between sensor cells and antigen presenting cells?

I do not understand the difference between these terms, related to dendrites. What are the inflammatory mediators produced by dendritic cells? How does production of inflammatory mediators and production of MHC proteins differ at a molecular level? And do you have any concrete examples of inflammatory mediators being produces and why?
