How do transcript-level gene ontology

Hello,

I do not know exactly how do I with transcript ensemble ID to enter gene ontology. actually, at first, convert all transcript ensemble id to gene name by dbbionet but could not convert all. please let me know how to convert all them to gene name then for gene ontology may I put gene name of them on DAVID for example or any other specific software for transcript-level gene ontology that I may don't know! would be appreciated if give me some advice in this regard

Then to my knowledge, DAVID or for that case, any popular Gene Ontology tool is capable of taking Ensemble IDs into account. So you can directly use Ensemble IDs, No need of converting them to any gene ID.
