how can I create a matrix in Perl by using columns and rows name provided in two different text files . One file contain the chromosome name and another contain samples name. I want to do sample names as row and chromosome names as column.
file1:- chr1: chr13 chr10 chr4: chr7: chr20 chr14
file2:- gw6.0006 gw6.00033 gw6.0002 gw6.00027 gw6.00024
help will be greatly appreciated
