I know that someone already made this question here, but any of the answer can actually give a ptt file. Can someone give a bioinformatic tool to make a ptt file from gbk or fna files?
What have you tried so far? There are a few Perl and/or Python scripts available to do this.
Just note that you should run the script as "perl gb2ptt.pl --infile filename.gbk" instead of what they said.
