i am new to RNA seq analysis and i want to identify cancer related genes from RNA seq data .. can anybody guide me about the possible workflow if i use particle swarm optimization for feature reduction and SVM for classification.what input should i give to PSO algorithm?P values or z scores just normalized data?

Which implementation of PSO are you hoping to use? - in R?; MATLAB?; something else? Have you read the manual?

I mean, I presume that you have a 'package' / 'function' that can perform the PSO? Is there a manual (instructions) associated with this package / function?

No, there is no information regarding RNA Seq data and PSO.
