Tutorial for analysing gpr files of microarray

Hi, I am learning microarray data analysis. Are there any tutorials that can analysis microarray data of gpr file format, such as GSM360134.gpr ? I've seen an excelent tutorial at http://bioinformatics.knowledgeblog.org/2011/06/20/analysing-microarray-data-in-bioconductor/, but it is for cel file format.

The limma User Guide has sections on analysis of GenePix gpr files.

Hi! Do you have any pipeline to analyze.gpr files. I am standing right there where you were 3 yrs ago. And limma user guide is not helping either. Do u have any example code to share?
