I have >30 gene clusters in fasta files downloaded from NCBI. I want to make plots like this: enter image description here

How to make this kind of plots for all my gene clusters with different gene lengths and orientation?

Thank you very much!

EasyFig is my go-to tool.

You might find something that suits your needs in my old thread: Interesting/useful/beautiful bio sequence viz tools

You should know you can't (easily) do that with fasta files though, as they rarely contain any orientation info.

Thanks a lot! I'll need to try a bunch of different tools in your post.
