Hi, I am trying to find a way to see whether some non-coding regions of yeast genome have regulatory functions or not by using histone modification data. There are a lot of studies on mammals and human using ChromHMM or similar methods to define enhancers/promoters/insulators etc. but I couldn't find data/study any on Yeast. I was wondering if anyone has any experience on this subject with yeast.

I am also open to any other suggestions on how to use histone modification data to define regulatory regions.

Thanks!
