I need Intergenic regions (non-rRNA), retrotransposons and Ribosomal RNA sequences from Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Where/how can I retrieve those sequences? Thanks for your help in advance.

If the separate bits you want can't be found at NCBI Nucleotide, you can see if they are found in the genome annotation. Last resort, you will have to search yourself these features in genome.
