calculating Gene Ontology Consistency (GOC) of an alignment between two PPI networks?

I have some alignment solutions Between pairs of PPI networks and need to compute GOC for them. I downloaded GOs of these proteins from uniprot. for one solution i have at least 10000 term for a solution.. I ask if there exist a tool that can compute functional similarity since GOC here uses Schlicker’s similarity based on the Resnik ontological similarity. I treid http://funsimmat.bioinf.mpi-inf.mpg.de/qf.php but the downloaded file was empty for this amount of terms. It work with a sample of few terms.
