I want to create a barView plot of connectivity scores using data from the cMap website. I have a list of query genes (up and down regulated) and sequencing data for seven exposures from the cMap database presented as z-scores from a single cell line. I want to look at the similarity between the gene expression profiles for the exposures. I have used the query search in the cMap database but I am struggling to find how to get the results and how to generate a barView plot for this analysis. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?
