HISAT2 installation error

i am completely new to RNA seq analysis while installing HITSAT2-2.1.0 in ubuntu 16.04, i got an error :

hisat2 -align file exited with value 1

what can i do to rectify this error?

How are you installing this? Have you tried bioconda?
