Hey all! I am just wondering if anyone could recommend a reference for a review for current genome assembly approaches? Specifically in plants if possible. I found this review which looks really solid: https://dx.doi.org/10.1101%2Fgr.131383.111 However it is also quite old and I was hoping to get something more up to date if possible. I looked around but could not find anything solid unfortunately!
