Hi all, i need to start the analysis of my ddrad data. This is the first time we are analysing such kind of data. I have seen there are different pipelines available right Now. Do you have any tips about how one should prefer one pipeline over the others? Thanks

Stacks is a commonly used pipeline for RADseq data. You should start there.
