Off topic:how to pull-down acetylated peptides using home made acetylation antibody?

recently, i purified acetylation antibody and i did dot-bolt verifid the antibody , but when i did immunprecipitation with this antibody , i can't find one anetylaed peptide using Mass spectrometry detection.
