hello guys,

I ran my protein sequence on psipred server to prediction IDR on my input protein sequence (using disopred option)

figure1 figure2

polyQ and polyP is known to be structurally unstable, but disopred here just remove them from a large IDR region. So there's holes in the left part of figure2 So i am asking is it more like a prediction error? or polyQ and polyP are somehow structural (eg. by sequence context) ?
