HI I'm looking for alignment tools which do multiple genome alignments and can able to handle big size WGS data ?

I had a job to do, In one go I'd like to align ~18 WGS datsets ?

If their any tools, can it generates MSA alignment in PHYLIP format or other format ?

suggestions please...

You should at least provide information about what the genome size is (and what format the data is in, e.g. finished chromosomes/contigs/pieces of DNA) when asking a "shrouded in mystery" question.

thanks, genome size ~ 8 GB each mostly all are draft genomes.

As I mentioned in your other thread, I'm pretty confident that no such tools exist. At least, none that will generate a single contiguous alignment like you need.
