Hello,

Does any one ever use DRIMM-synteny to detect the synteny blocks in multiple plant genomes? I download the program from http://bix.ucsd.edu/projects/drimm/, but there is no any manual on how to prepare the input data. And it seems that there is no proper program could work well on alignment among multiple plant genome...

How long is the longest chromosome?

You might give the recently released SibelaZ a try (no idea how it performs on plants though): https://github.com/medvedevgroup/SibeliaZ
