Question: How map hundreds of chemical formulae to KEGG pathways simultaneously

When I go to KEGG LIGAND (https://www.kegg.jp/kegg/ligand.html#rdb) and use the "Search Compund" specifying "formula" (i.e. C12H24O11) I do obtain a result, which includes i..e the Galactose metabolism pathway.

It is great for one chemical formula. But now I have hundreds. Is there any suggestions on how to do this as batch search?

You can search for the HMDB ID from the formula: http://www.hmdb.ca/
