Off topic:Approved genetic biomarkers of tumor cell and their drugs

I want to find approved genetics biomarker of tumor cell (genes and genetical variants) for every cancer type and their related drugs. I searched a lot in FDA but I could not find anything. Please help me where can I find this data?
