Analysis rMATS of RNA Seq data

Hello, I have been able to produce results from rMATS software, is there any R packages that can do the job and help me with the analysis??

I used isofromSwitchAnalyzerR from salmon data, and i want to compare some outputs to the rMATS analysis also..

any?
