Problem training Augustus (prediction genes)

Hello Thank you so much for reading this post, I'd like to come to you for help. I have tried to train augustus (following the tutorial described in: http://computationalgenomicsiicb.blogspot.com/2015/07/using-scipio-for-generating-training.html), but when I executed the script "etraining":

etraining --species=generic --stopCodonExcludedFromCDS=true "MY_PATH/augustus/genes.raw.gb" 2> train.err

resulted in the following message:

Segment violation (`core' generated)

If anyone could tell me how to solve this problem, I'd be very grateful.

Sounds like a SegFault, which is often caused by running out of memory.
