You have repeatedly opened the same question again after not receiving an answer. Not just with this problem, but also before. This is inappropriate and you can consider this as your final warning.

sir i want the answer of this question

Hi anasjamshed1994, constantly posting the exact same question is not going to help you. The problem with your question is:

1. Homework: solve it yourself, it is your task intended to improve yourself
2. Low effort, you do not show anything you tried so far except constantly one (with respect) barely readable handwritten piece of paper.

This is a community driven by volunteers, no one is obligate to answer question, therefore you cannot insist (`i want the answer`) on anything. You have to motivate people by showing effort. Think about editing your original question, addressing the above points and it might be reopened. Do not open new identical questions as they will be closed.

when i try to solve this question i get the alignment which my teacher did not accept . There is no diagonal found in it so i think both sequence could not be aligned If we solve this question manually then ATG would be aligned
