I am looking for a drug targets for cancer mutation database. My aim is to find genes that are responsible for resistant of lung cancer to specific drug. Is there any database that can be used. I google there are different databases that target different mutations but they are either based on cell lines or on just mutations in general and are not cancer specific. Thanks

Which ones have you found via a Google search?

It is quite possible that the exact data that you want does not yet exist. Although, one cannot really have information on drug-to-cancer because each of the cancers have different sub-types. Not just that, the same bulk tumour can consist of multiple sub-types.

You should take a look at OpenPhacts and Open Targets, and Sanger Institute may have some data from COSMIC, too.
