Hello All. I just made a DESeq2 analysis and generated a scatter plot. I am trying to see difference in expression of reads coming from same loci between my treated and untreated samples. I have no idea how to fetch the Log2 fold change table. I am only able to export the cts file which I think is the same as the count table I used for the analysis. I am in R-studio, How do I get the Log2fold change and also How do I interpret my scatterplot (attached) please? Thanks

I was able to obtain the foldchange information. Thanks alot :). And I think I understand whats going on in the plot now after carefully looking at the axis and comparing it to the foldchange data. Thanks again
