Hello Everyone,

I am using R Program to read GSE Matrix Files of Microarray Data and I have been able to generate Microarray Data Tables.

Is there any way to have those Microarray Data Tables uploaded or even copy-pasted onto MS Excel?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Darrell

At its simplest, the write.csv command from R will save a csv file with your table, which can be opened by Excel. Type ?write.csv in the R prompt for more info.

You can also save the file using the xlsx R package (example, see "Write data to an Excel file") if you want the xlsx Excel format specifically.
