I am a student of Bioinformatics Final year. Currently working on my FYP. I am working on breast cancer disease drug TAMOXIFEN. My goal is to analyze the drug at molecular level through docking I am using Autodock VINA for this project. I have read many articles but couldn't find that how can one improve or increase the efficiency of drug OR how can i contribute any thing in order to overcome resistance that is developed by the body at molecular LEVEL. SOME help will be very appreciated Thanks.
