I want to know how we can open the SSR files. please suggest some tools or program to open the SSR files
Hey, do you mean sra? did you try a text editor? Is it a binary?
I'm seeing countless file formats on a daily basis, but ssr is not among the most frequent. Many problems are trivial to bioinformatics experts, you might get a better chance for a sensible reply when you describe where you got the data from and what you think it contains.
Cheers Ck ;)
Adding on this, if you want raw data from NCBI, check my tutorial on a faster alternative than getting SRA files: Fast download of FASTQ files and metadata from the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA)
