using total citation count? that's not really fair to the 2018 articles, is it?

then what about avg #citations /year? also not completely 100% fair but nearly I would say.

And all this in the assumption of course you actually have access to Web of Science ;)

Querying WoS (web of science) might give some ideas as well though, topic Bioinformatics, limit to last 5 years, order by #citations
