I want to run a meta-analysis with some GEO datasets from several different platforms, including
GPL257(NCI_UniGEM2_HCC), GPL25507(NanoString cancer immune panel v1.1 + 6 custom genes), GPL8432(Illumina HumanRef-8 WG-DASL v3.0), and some Affymetrix microarrays with different sub-platform.

I want to merge these datasets with the help of R package "crossmeta", may this work well?

'Merge' is the wrong term. You want to use crossmeta for performing a meta-analysis, specifically.

RankProd is another that you could use.
