seems like you're somewhat new to PSI-blast and having some beginner issues (cfr PSI BLAST How to tell thing about proteins while looking at the results ) .
The observed behaviour is expected for psi-blast which is due to how psi-blast works. And now the important bit of info: Do read up a bit about psi-blast (eg. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK2590/ ) to at least get the basics covered.

Why (or how) did you decided to go for psi-blast, in stead of eg. 'normal' blasts?
