I am a researcher at Karolinska Institute in Stockholm interested in hosting Master of Science students from Europe for degree projects. The students need to have basic bioinformatics or bio-statistics skills and coding experience in R or Python. Our lab works with single cell and whole tissue transcriptomics as well as patient plasma proteomics in neurodegenerative disease. Feel free to contact me for more detailed information.
