hello, please help by writting a programme in python

step1 - print the HEADER of a pdb file.

step-2- read the SEQRES record and chain name from a pdb file of one chain if many chains are present it will stop after one is complete. step 3-- - then read all the ATOM records and compare with the SEQRES record wheather all residues (that is the 3 letter codes ) are present in ATOM or not.
