eigensoft to plot in 2D

I have xxx.evec file, from eigensoft but I could not plot them. Can anyone tell how to plot eigenvectors in 2D using R?

How does the file look like? Could you edit your post and add output of head(xxx.evec) or dput(head(xxx.evec)) ?

I could not plot them

Also add your code, even if it didn't work, any error/warning messages?
