Hello, I'm having trouble with load my length data into NOISeq packages. In the first place, I don't get the class of the file of the length (if is a matrix, vector, data.frame, or something else), and in consequence, I don't know how to load it. I already try this.
class(mylength) <- this corresponds to the tutorial data
"numeric"
class(genes_symbol_lenght)
"data.frame"
