reactome FI error, cannot construct FI network or one big dot

I used a gene symbol list or directly paste the gene list on the entry box to run the reactome FI, there are error messages: 1. Cannot construct FI network if no FI construction parameter is choosen or 2. there is only one giant green dot showing up if I choose one FI construction parameter Please help me figure out what went wrong.
