hello all, how to refine alignment and how to determined evolutionary time period (mya) in phylogenetic tree?
As a suggestion towards getting good answers ( Brief Reminder On How To Ask A Good Question ), if the question fits in a single sentence, it is probably not sufficient to 1) explain the problem properly and 2) not sufficient to motivate people to invest time into it.
