Hello,

I would like to use the tblastn tools to look for matches between a protein encoded by mitochondrial genome translated to its possible nucleotides sequences as query to a nucleotide sequence as database using Unix environment.

However, as the code between ascidian mitochondria genome and nuclear genome is different, I wonder to miss some matches or have false positive. Does anyone know if there is an option to specify it in command line ? I didn't find anything on blast man.

Thank you,
