Tissue specific proteomics or gene expression data

I have a sent of UNIPROT protein identifiers. I am trying to download the tissue specific gene expression ofr proteomics data from databases link PRIDE and Expression Atlas. I 'd like to if there are other databases.

I'd like to know if there are programmatic ways, like API, to download data from these databases. Also, I am not sure how to look up for tissue specific data sets using an API.

Any suggestions?
