hi I want to study circular RNAs present in gastric cancer. I saw in Wikipedia that I cant go for normal RNA-seq for circular RNA discovery as circular RNAs are non-polyadenylated. what kind of dataset I can go for and from which database? Please help

I want to study circular RNAs present in gastric cancer.

Sounds like an interesting project!

I saw in Wikipedia

That's probably a good start to get familiar with the subject, but stopping there is not "studying". You'll have to read more papers.

from which database

Googling "circular RNA database gives as first hit circbase. You could find that too.

thanks for your reply. I need already available datasets for downloading. is there any specific types like RNA-seq for circular RNA,available in SRA?

For this study you can try tottal RNA seq data from NCBI or TCGA and use any cirRNA identification algorithm for that.
