That's probably a good start to get familiar with the subject, but stopping there is not "studying". You'll have to read more papers.

Googling "circular RNA database gives as first hit circbase. You could find that too.

thanks for your reply. I need already available datasets for downloading. is there any specific types like RNA-seq for circular RNA,available in SRA?

For this study you can try tottal RNA seq data from NCBI or TCGA and use any cirRNA identification algorithm for that.
